Executive Chef Heather Zamarripa has created an exciting menu with delicious selections meant to be shared, paired, and enjoyed with friends and family. She has been the acting Catering Manager for the Bidwell Street Bistro in Folsom for the past year. Her pub style menu for 36 Handles incorporates flavors and cooking techniques from around the globe, and will include standards like six styles of Fish & Chips (traditional and panko crusted), Cottage Pie and Corned Beef, as well as some lighter selections like Shrimp Scampi. “I look forward to working with the team at 36 Handles as we breathe new life into the incredible space at the Montano Center."

Traditional Fish & Chips

Choice of cod, haddock or salmon. Tempura deep friend to a golden brown, served with pub fries tossed in malt vinegar powder, fresh parsley & herb lemon aïoli. Also served panko style.
Jalapeño Bacon Mac N' Cheese

Roasted jalapeños, crispy bacon & elbow macaroni tossed in a creamy cheese sauce, topped with parmesan breadcrumbs.
Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

Meatloaf prepared with Certified Angus Beef, ground pork, fresh herbs & bacon. Sliced and grilled to order and served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, brandied mushroom sauce and crispy onion strings.
36 House Salad

Salad of mixed greens, dried cranberries, crumbled goat's cheese and candied walnuts topped with grilled chicken breast and tossed in a tart champagne vinaigrette.
